For small businesses that need to show up and don’t have a department for it. Millbrook. You deal with me. Photography, video, design, and twenty years of doing this online. Posts come last. First I find out who you’re talking to, what the market is already doing, and what is worth trying.
How I start
Research, then a plan. Competitors, the room you’re in, what’s already on the profiles, what “working” would look like. Channels get chosen there — not off a menu of logos. Facebook and Instagram are the usual base. TikTok when it earns a place. We ignore the rest until the market says otherwise. A grid with no plan is just homework.
What I can do for you
One-time service offerings
Buy the piece(s) you need, or the lot. Or we can work something out ala carte, as needed.
Strategy — Do you just need help with your strategy? I can do the research, positioning, channels, a rhythm that fits the business complete with competitor and market research
Creative — Just need the graphics and videos? I offer photographs, short video, graphics: a first batch so you aren’t posting into a blank page. Or ideas come to life that you have in your mind.
Profiles — Not ever really put time into your social media profile? I can cleanup, setup, and a consult so the accounts match the business
Standalone, or together as a kit you can run yourself. I will be the missing piece of your marketing team to help you further your own efforts.
Ongoing service offerings
I run the campaign. You stay out of the weeds.
The plan doesn’t sit in a drawer. It changes with what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s moving in your market. How often we post follows that — not a package that says “eight times a month” forever.
Making the pictures and clips is part of the same bench. Paid can sit inside this when organic needs a shove. It isn’t a separate shop.
Replies
The voice on comments and messages should be yours. You know the product. I don’t live behind your counter. If you have someone who can answer, they should. If you want me in there anyway, we say so in writing. Default: you own the conversation.
Who it’s for
Small businesses. Owner-operated, short on time, tired of posting when you remember.
Early work is aimed at restaurants, shops, renovation crews, and farms — the method is the same for most small businesses around Peterborough, Millbrook, and the Kawartha Lakes.
Not for personal accounts. Not for a deck you’ll never open.
How it works
Tell me what you sell and whether you want a kit or someone to run it
.I research. We agree what to build.One-time ends when the work is in your hands. Ongoing keeps going, and the plan moves.
How it starts
What the business is, one-time or ongoing, and which profiles already exist.
That’s enough.
